To use MindMuse, you may need to create an account. By creating an account, you agree to:

You are responsible for the content you create. You agree not to use MindMuse for any illegal or harmful purposes. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or our community guidelines.

Subscription and payment

MindMuse offers subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to:

Payment: Pay the subscription fees as specified at the time of purchase

Renewal: Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date

Refunds: No refunds except as required by law or at our discretion. Early access pricing is non-refundable.

Intellectual property

MindMuse and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MindMuse and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.

Limitation of liability

MindMuse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other damages.

Data breach disclaimer:

While we implement security measures to protect your data, we cannot guarantee that your data will be completely secure from unauthorized access, data breaches, or other security incidents. By using MindMuse, you acknowledge and accept that we are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from data breaches or security incidents, including but not limited to unauthorized access to your account or data.

MindMuse is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact emergency services or a mental health professional immediately. MindMuse is a tool for self-reflection and emotional wellness, not a replacement for professional care.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, violation of our content policies or misuse of the service.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, you can export your data before your account is permanently deleted.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or through our service. Continued use of MindMuse after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you don't agree with the changes, you can terminate your account.
